Never used AI, or a little wary of it? In five short lessons you'll learn to use a free AI assistant safely, turn a real problem into a product idea, and build a clickable prototype of it just by writing prompts. No coding, no paid tools, no sign-up.

How it works

Five one-hour units. Each starts with a 25-minute lesson and ends with a 35-minute tutorial where you copy short prompts into the AI assistant of your choice and check what comes back. Every prompt works in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini on a free account, and on a phone.

The five lessons

Safe from the start

Every lesson builds safe habits: never paste personal, health, money or work-confidential information; check facts, because AI can be confidently wrong; notice who an answer might leave out; spot AI-made scams; and know when to ask a person instead.
