Plain-English terms for joining the programme: what you get, who owns what, and how the course materials may be used.

1. Who we are
The MVP Founders Programme is run by MVP Studios Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 00000000 ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you join the programme as a founding cohort member or for one-to-one tuition ("you").
2. What you're joining
When you join, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to attend the live sessions and to use the course materials for your own learning and your own product, during the programme and afterwards. You're buying access to the course, not ownership of it, and your place can't be shared or passed to someone else.
3. Our materials
The MVPAI™ method and the course materials are original works owned by MVP Studios Ltd. That includes the curriculum, slides, lesson content, worked examples, workshop exercises, Product Book templates, assessment rubrics and any recordings. All rights are reserved.
Unless we agree it in writing, you may not:
- copy, share, upload or publish the course materials, in whole or in part;
- sell, license or repackage them, or use them to teach or train other people;
- use them to build a course, programme or product that competes with ours.
You're welcome to talk about what you learned and to apply the ideas in your own work.
4. Your work stays yours
You own the product, code, designs, research and business you create during the programme, and the content you write in your Product Book. We claim no ownership of your product or any share in your business. You may keep using our Product Book templates for your own product after the programme ends.
5. Case studies
We'll only feature you or your product, for example as a case study, testimonial or demo-day highlight, if you agree in writing first. You can withdraw that agreement for future use at any time.
6. Confidentiality
We keep the product ideas and business information you share with us confidential, and we only use them to teach and support you. In cohort sessions other founders share their ideas too: please treat them as confidential and don't use them without the founder's permission.
7. Recordings
Please don't record live sessions without our permission. If we record a session, the recording is for enrolled students only and is covered by section 3.
8. What we don't promise
The programme teaches a method and supports you through building your product. We can't guarantee that your product will launch commercially, find customers or succeed as a business; that depends on many things outside the course.
9. Fees, cancellation and refunds
Your fee, payment dates and your cancellation and refund rights are confirmed in writing when you're offered a place. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed, and changes won't apply retrospectively to a programme you've already joined. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
