| Time | 15 minutes, after the I · Ignite, launch and grow slides |
|---|---|
| Blueprint sections | Draft of 12 Action plan in class; 11 Launch readiness and 12 Action plan finished at home |
| You need | Your AI assistant; your Blueprint with sections 1 to 10 filled in; your prototype; a partner |
| You leave with | A two-minute presentation of your idea, a draft 30-day plan, and a clear list of what to finish at home |
| Safety tip | A plan to talk to real people must respect their privacy: ask permission, and keep notes without names |
Where you are
This is the last exercise. In one afternoon you have shaped, tested on paper, designed and started building your idea. Now you practise explaining it in two minutes, and you plan what you will do in the next 30 days, starting with the experiment from Exercise 2.
What you will make
A two-minute presentation with five parts: the problem, who has it, your MVP, your riskiest assumption, and your next action. And a 30-day plan that turns your Blueprint into weekly steps, starting with real customer validation.
For TutorDesk: "Independent tutors lose hours each week arranging lessons by message (problem). Our first users are tutors with ten to thirty regular students (who). The MVP is a booking page where parents pick a free slot (MVP). Our riskiest assumption is that tutors will let parents book by themselves (assumption). Next week we show the page to ten tutors and count how many share it, aiming for four (next action)."
