Where this is going
Today you saw the whole MVPAI route in four sessions. The next four days walk it, quickly, with one idea. Each day ends with a gate and adds one file to your lite Product Book.

By Friday you have a working slice running with tests, a lite Product Book and an evidence-based decision. You will not have a validated market or a finished product: one week is enough to walk the route once and see what a full build involves.

Tonight's work is small on purpose: every minute you spend on set-up now is a minute you don't lose on Day 2 or Day 3.
