SESSION 01 · TUESDAY

The build loop

Build your first real slice with Claude Code: plan it, build it, check it, read it, save it. Then do it again.

Start session → Present slides

You will be able to

Run plan → build → verify → review → commit on one slice with Claude Code
Read a diff and explain in plain English what changed, why, and what could go wrong
Ask Claude for tests by name: happy path, bad input, not allowed, edge case, regression
Undo safely with checkpoints (/rewind) and Git commits, and say when to use each
Turn a briefing you keep repeating into a custom /slice command

OUTPUT · Slice 1 working end to end, with tests and a commit history

SESSION 02 · THURSDAY

Quality you can trust

Security, accessibility and review, built into the loop, so quality becomes a habit rather than a panic before launch.

Start session → Present slides

You will be able to

Apply five security essentials and test your product for broken access control
Run five accessibility checks without specialist tools, and fix or log what fails
Automate a check up the ladder: working agreement → command → hook → CI
Use Claude as a second reviewer: a subagent, /security-review and @claude on a pull request
Run a sprint review and a retrospective that each end in a concrete change
