Use local, staging and production environments, and deploy with Claude Code’s help
Define five events that trace your first-value funnel, collected with consent
Plan a first-users programme: recruit, onboard, observe, support and ask
Connect Claude Code to a browser tool with MCP and walk through your live flow

SESSION 02 · THURSDAY

Learn, decide and plan the next loop

Early evidence is small and messy. Tonight you read it honestly, make a decision you can defend, and plan your second loop.

Start session → Present slides

You will be able to

Read early evidence with counts, thresholds, segments, quotes and a stated confidence
Decide to persevere, iterate, pivot, pause or stop, and name the evidence behind it
Place your product on the lifecycle and calculate your runway from your own numbers
Plan how your team grows, and write a contractor brief whose result can be checked
Present a five-minute demo and a one-page decision memo that plans loop 2
